Booking Procedure:

Step 1: For placing order for specific package you need to provide details above in the form.
Step 2: Once place you will receive an SMS and Email from Thyrocare for order confirmation.
Step 3: On your preferred date and time Thyrocare Technician will reach your doorstep for sample collection.
Step 4: Currently, 2 Payment options Cash on Collection and Online Payment via Credit / Debit Cards, Netbanking, Wallets, and UPI (Note: Payment will be made directly towards Thyrocare)
Step 5: Softcopy reports will be sent to registered email address within 24-48 hrs and Hardcopy reports will be couriered within 3-5 business working days.
