V. PRIVACY

VI GENERAL

Letscheckup will not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, or boycott.

Cessation of Operation. Letscheckup may at any time, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cease operation of the Website and distribution of the Products.

Conditions of reporting:

The reported results are for information and for interpretation of the referring doctor only.
It is presumed that the tests performed on the specimen belong to the patient named or identified.
Results of tests may vary from laboratory to laboratory and also in some parameters from time to time for the same patient.
Should the results indicate an unexpected abnormality, the same should be reconfirmed.
Only such medical professionals who understand reporting units, reference ranges and limitations of technologies should interpret results.
This report is not valid for medico – legal purposes.
Neither Letscheckup, nor its employees / representatives assume any liability, responsibility for any loss or damage that may be incurred by any person as a result of presuming the meaning or contents of the report.
Domestic Use. Letscheckup makes no representation that the Website or Products are appropriate or available for use in locations outside India. Users who access the Website from outside India do so at their own risk and initiative and must bear all responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws, Users outside India will not be availing our services or other non serviceable products.
Non Serviceable: We or Third party service provider can serve across pan India but still there are some places where service is not provided, Order made for Non serviceable products can be cancelled and Intimation will be provided via Email and SMS. Amount paid online will be refunded to the source bank.

VII. REFUNDS

AMOUNT PAID ONLINE TOWARDS LETSCHECKUP AND ITS THIRD PARTY WILL REFUND YOUR AMOUNT IF YOU WISHED TO CANCEL THE ORDER.

Sample not collected (In online payment case)
The entire amount paid will be refunded in the following mentioned scenarios :
A) If booking has been done and there is no service provider in that area.
B) If customer has done multiple bookings due to system error.
C) If service provider has not made any adequate attempt to provide service.
In all the other scenarios other than ones mentioned above, Rs 100 will be deducted as cancellation charges.
Sample collected but not processed
Refund after debiting the handling charges of Rs. 300 to Rs. 400 per order shall be processed.
Sample collected, processed and reported successfully
No refund on cancellation subsequent thereto.
Sample collected, processed but fully cancelled by laboratory (all tests unreported) due to technical reasons
Our service provider shall be advised to collect the fresh specimen and process for free of cost. Alternatively, the patient also reserves the right to ask for refund which shall be granted in full to him/her as the case may be. The specimen re-collection has to be done within 15 days, post which no retesting is possible.
Sample collected, processed but partially cancelled by laboratory (one or more test(s) unreported) due to technical reasons
Our service provider shall be advised to collect the fresh specimen and process the unreported test(s) free of cost. Alternatively, the patient also reserves the right to ask for a refund of unreported test(s) only, which will be calculated as per its catalogue rate (excluding collection charges), corrected to its weighted average in the order value. The specimen re-collection has to be done within 15 days, post which no retesting is possible.
If in case patient denies to avail the retesting, refund will only be applicable for 60 days in the accounts, if details provided. Cheque payments are only valid if amount is more than Rs.1000/- & dispatched to the given address within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
